Hi I just wanted to share my experience.
I had my transmission rebuilt 2 years ago by another shop so when it failed, I was pretty disgusted! I went back to the shop to find they had already gone out of business an they were using another business name. They refused to cover their work that was done.
After some searching on the net I took my car to Central Audi. Where they took a look and was able to show me that the first shop never actually did a rebuild on my transmission. They did some sort of temporary fix, which of course is why the transmission went out.
Malcolm took great care of me, explained what would be done in the rebuild. I got the call when it was finished I came over the day after and took a test drive with Malcolm, I had to say I was impressed with the way they operated. They gave a very good service, and price considering they had to replace the transmission casing aswell. Just wish I had found them first, would have saved me some money! Big thanks central for all they done, first rate service! :thumbsup: Will be using for all my future work.
