Audi padded vinyl suppliers?

Basically been trying to track down the company who can supply the above padded vinyl that is standard on the interior trim panels in my A3 (door cards, dash etc) , I have tried contacting Audi direct who just told me they would have to have a look at it but in most cases replace panels rather than repair so don't have a common supplier. Maybe even the company that supply Audi the material to start with? Most places can source leather but not vinyl, I have heard of a company in Germany who supply Mercedes with their vinyl and sometimes deal with other manufacturers but having a tough time tracking them down.
