Any one with VAG-COM in Scotland?

Like the title states has anyone got a VAG-COM in Scotland and would they be able to help me out ?

Iam looking to buy a car iam looking at tomorrow but it has the engine management light on due to it having a de-cat exhaust system. But just wanted to make sure its only the exhaust system that's causing the light to come on. Would any one be able to help?

Also does any one know of any who can carry out a private mobile inspection?
