I was talking to a bloke from Mann Filters and he mentioned Activated Carbon Filters.

Any one used or any got any experience with theses?


EDIT:=- I'm talking about the Cabin/pollen filters not the engine air filters.

Yeah we sometimes fit them at work. The element is a lot thicker than the paper equivalent and so i guess filter the air better, they're my first choice in regards to filters of any kind.
 
They're good but to be honest not sure they are worth the extra cost. As a reference i looked on Eurocarparts at Audi A4 MY2000 and the paper filter is half the price of the activated carbon filter.
