Is this a major problem or can I live with it for a few weeks?

I noticed this while doing a quick walkaround the car before setting off... I'm pretty sure it was the snow..

It's my N/S/R shock, it seems to be missing the protective sleeve from the arm.

Can I cope with this until after Xmas when I'll have money to get a new shock if needed?

just buy a new boot/cover for it

shouldn't be to hard to fit

Thanks.. Would it have a slit to wrap around or will I have to dismantle and slide over?

your need to remove the damper from the car to fit a new one

Its still on you can see it, its just slipped down below the bottom half. The Bottom part you can see in the pic is the cover Its happened to mine before

Ha! So it is.. makes things a lot easier!

I'll do it once I get the car home, currently sitting in the work carpark while I've got the duty on-call van!
