Custom avatars

is it a me issue or a forum issue uploading custom avatars from photobucket?
I all ways seem to get this error when using option 1.
Works fine on option 2.

Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.

Must be photo bucket mate because I get either invalid file or file size to large please help
