Garage screwed up my RNS-E, what to do?
I had my a3 given a longlife service the other week & the garage have been unable to reset the service reminder on the display. Despite selecting longlife service on their computer, it just resets the service interval to 0 days overdue.
I'm due to take it back next week to get them to finally fix it, but have now discovered they've somehow buggered up the rns-e config. It's noticeably less bassy & I've now got the DSP option in the sound menu to indicate it's not setup for BOSE any more.
Is there some way they could of reset this by wiping the settings when trying to reset the service interval? Is it worth me just saying sod it & taking it to a dealership to reset correctly, if so how much do you think they'd charge ?
