I'm booked in for 27/08/2013 but I'm not going to hold my breath.
I rang Audi Customer Services last week and lodged a "concern". They took my details and said they would pass them on to a case worker. I was assured that they would call me back and guess what they haven't !.
This is totally ruining my new car experience. Sounds like a bag of hammers. Seriously considering bailing out of it if things don't progress soon.
