cook a jacket spud,
pull them out when done, cut in half.
dig out the spud and put it into a bowl leaving just the skins there.
add some, Irish mature chedder, some tuna, butter, and some Light thousand island dressing to the bowl. mix it all up so its like mash spud.
put this all back in the spud skin, grate some more Irish chedder over spud,
place under grill till lightly brown and crispy!
