I think I've got enough with 2 bikes for now! I know someone who is after a bike though so I'll let them know :)
another biker here,my current steed is a suzuki gsxr 1000 zk4 with a few mods thaqt make it a little different.the bike is absolutely minted and loads of fun.
i like to ride like a complete loon and did numerous track days to calm myself down but it didn't work at all, quite the opposite.i ended up binning it at knockhill with a rather silly incident and broke my arm badly.......but its all good again.sadly i'll be selling this bike come april time but i'll be back on 2 wheels again in 3 or 4 years with hopefully something newer and more powerful.
the mods are
k8 slipper clutch
320mm brake upgrade using cbr1000 calipers and discs(wavy front and rear)
k7 gsxr600 m/c
yoshi 25th anniversary end can
atre digi gear indicator
healtech speedo healer with top speed recall
ohlin fork internals
fabbri double bubble tinted screen
bex moto crash protection
thats all i can think of at the moment, the bike is running 154 rwhp and if i were keeping her i'd fit a quickshifter just to make upshifting easier whilst pulling big mono's......this bike wheelies for fun.
i think next time round i'll go for a k5.
pics of old bikes aswell
all my bikes past to latest , latest being black r1
Before that Hayabusa bored to 1400 and nitrous'd
My new toy :)
Just put a deposit on this Triumph Daytona 675 today for my first road bike.
Here it is on my test ride with my mates Speed Triple:
Has a full Arrow exhaust, sounds fantastic with the baffle out. Can't wait to pick it up! :)
My track slag
As it was when I first got it a couple of years ago
Back to plain on red, never was a fan of race replica's
Can't believe I have missed this thread, some beautful bikes!

Edit to add..mine is the FireBlade front/center of shot.
I'm getting older and fatter, so while I miss the performance of my ZX9R and the sheer hoot of the DRZ400, I now ride around on this:
I'm not afraid to get caught out in the rain...this isn't a "garage queen" in that sense, although when it gets dirty I end up spending a few hours on an OCD cleaning session :) ...
That's a great looking cruiser.
I had a DRZ400S for a good while too, a lot of fun was had on it.
Here are a some of the bikes I have loved:
hi all, im not so much of a biker being only 20 my biking came to and abrupt end when I was 17, woman in a red focus pulled out infront of me, as because I was so close to her (about 10 feet) I had nothing else to do but hit her... I hit the driver door but instead of being thrown over the car my head hit the roof and my body smashed her window, then I hit the ground. was in hospital for 14 nights, broke my leg mm's below my knee joint, dislocated my knee and shattered my collar bone, but due to the injurys sitting on a bike for any longer than 20mins is absolute agony on my knee and I struggle to walk afterwords.... so what I have got to ride around for a little bit of fun (to the shops and back kinda thing) is a little 250cc road legal Chinese piece of **** quad, lolhttp://i1337.photobucket.com/albums/...pscb5126ae.jpghttp://i1337.photobucket.com/albums/...psf31c019e.jpg
Traded my gixer in a couple weeks ago for this
It's a millionth edition gixer thou
That a Yoshi exhaust on that beastie Si. Very nice mate. You get paid way too much.
Yeah it has a yoshimura Japan can on it and loads of little yoshimura parts all part of the limited edition extras.
My current fleet:
2003 Honda CBR600RR
2011 Triumph Daytona 675
2008 Suzuki GSXR750
And my new track bike which will be picked up next Monday:
2010 British Superstock Yamaha R6. Going to be my race bike for next year too.
Biker here also..
Going to get my license next year I think and get one or a Yamaha YZF (I think that's it) 450 equivalent. My mate has a 636 Ninja and is getting an RSVR soon, but I just don't think that they can be enjoyed on the road compared to a supermoto type thing. In my opinion, of course.
2013 triumph Speed Triple R one off
Stage 2 re map
Full Arrow Titanium 3-1 system

Wow! Love this photo from post #106 Mr C :icon_thumright:
Passed my full test in January (just before the regulations came in) and been meaning to get a bike all summer. Bit late in the year now but I finally sold my CBR125 yesterday after buying this as my first big bike on Saturday. 11k on the clock, FDSH and also Datatool alarm and immobiliser. Couldn't contemplate how fast it is, but taking it easy for now as I've not got that much experience under my belt and still need to build my confidence with the bike (leaning and cornering etc.).
Have bought some uprated bulbs for it so far and got a few bits and bobs to change such as the exhaust and crash bobbins in the future. Anybody know where I can source the alarm/immobiliser certificate from. The dealer mentioned getting it online but forgot to ask him to print it off in all the excitement. Might give them a call today and ask them to forward me it. Also, looking for a smaller rectangular numberplate (two lines of digits as I hear this is a legal requirement). If anybody knows where would be good to start I would appreciate it.
Sv650 is a cracking bike that's what I had for my first big bike at 19. Loved it
my current 2005 cbr600rr5 track bike which i love
and my current road 2005 repsol cbr1000rr fireblade
and my old z1000
and all the previous machines,
Then this for winter,
ZX6 went and replaced by this with a plan in mind,
Several ££s later the plan came reality,
And the latest, fancied something totally different to previous bikes plus it was cheap.
