90 BHP & 110 BHP, The difference?

Hello, I've been looking for a 110B BHP A4 Avant for some time now. However over the weekend I have found a 1996 90 BHP model at the wright money. Can anybody tell what the difference is between the two engines. Is it possible to bring the 90 BHP up on power by having the engine management remapped without any detrimental effect to the engine?

So my next question is should I go for the 90 BHP A4 Avant or should I wait for a 110 BHP. The 90 has Climate, Dual Airbags & Full Electric. I'm in no hurry to buy.

I have owned both at one point and the 110 is definitely worth waiting for.

I'd personally hang on for the 110. Wehave a 90BHP Bora, a 100PD A3, and a 130PD Passat. I've also had the 110 Passat as a loaner. The extra horses defo make a difference. Good luck. Paul

Hey kris_tdi I have a '97 a4 90bhp and have been looking into tuneing boxes but would be very interested in an injector swap. Do you know which injectors to use ? Where to get them ? and so on. Many thanks.
