2.5 tdi sport strut brace quicky

was planning to clean the drain hole under the battery this weekend and when i looked at the nut which clamps the battery in place noticed that the front strut brace is directly above it and in the way.

Can i simply just unbolt it at one end do the job and then refit or will it let the front flex abit and not go back into position, dont want to disconnect if it wont fit back if you see what i meen

It will go back if you disconected it, so dont worry too much, just make shure the marks on the washers will line-up back with the bolts.
