MPG for A6 2.0 Tdi

Hi guys, I'm sure this probably has been asked before somewhere, but, here we go again.
I have an A6 (07) 2.0 Tdi remapped to 176bhp by Audi
recently on a 2 day run from Glasgow to Derby ( overnight stay ) then onto South Wales, back to Derby and onwards to Glasgow with a total mileage of approx 1000+ miles I achieved the following on Tesco fuel....
travelling on cruise at 80 mph on mostly motorways the whole way I got 52.1mpg and 730 miles out of one tank. When I filled up the computer estimated that by driving under similar conditions I could expect 900 miles from the tank.....This was with 2 small lapses at 130+ for a short period too just to relieve the boredom.
Having said that, that was in the days when I travelled the UK extensively. Nowadays I do mostly stop start journeys with a little motorway stuff thrown in and get around 38mpg.

What is the best / worst anyone else got out of theirs?

i get 38mpg but mines not running right, too much boost atm, and my car weighs best part of 2 tons and too much stereo/GRP/MDF and 20" wheels don't help.

Best i got was 60mpg, thats bog standard on poxy 15's.
