Hi, the starter motor on my '98' a4 2.5 tdi v6 needs replacing. I've unbolted it from the bell housing but theres no room for it to come out as it has the alternator about 2" behind it and the engine mounting above, block on one side and sub frame below. has anyone took one of these out before if so what part was the least work to remove to allow the starter to come out.
