vortex exhaust

hi guys...

has anyone fitted a vortex exhaust system to their diesel....

my friend has one on his 1.8T Golf...and it sounds amazing. he said i can get one on my car....but ive been told it will sound different of a diesel....

anyone got any information on how it sounds....or if its worth the money...if not....what are the best alternatives

I've got a jetex, or was a jetex system until it got modified, anyway i think it's a similar system to vortex, it too fits the 1.8t models.

As for sound, it puts out a bit of a howl @ full boost high rpm3-4k.

Sounds ok but u gotta rev the boots off the poor diesel lump to get the noise, as for performance, thats yet to be seen when i RR it, tho its had so many other mods it would be hard to pin point what the exhaust does.

3-4krpm? I thought the red line was were I was supposed to shift
