Gents (and poss ladies)

I was on my way to work this morning and the car started fine and was driving as per usual As i was driving and had my foot on the accelerator there was a complete loss of power.

I was going uphill and had no power what so ever, my revs were at about 3000 RPM and the speed was constant, no increase at all till the road levelled off.

Anyone got any ideas??? :banghead:

Sound like the same thing that happened to mine turned out to be the valve that controls the turbo Acuator, the n75 valve I think it's called.
Like driving a car without the turbo?:redrs4:

Exactly the same thing is happening to mine - does/ did your problem disappear when the ignition is flicked on and off, not fully off but just the first click (I do this just now when driving and it happens and it is then fine (very naughty)

How much did it cost to replace the N75 valve redevo1 ?, did you do it yourself ?

No had to go to a specialist as I didn't have a clue so got hammered £200 all in including the labour.
