Cam belt replace

Hello all, this is my first post here so forgive me if I am a little wobbly. I have a 2000 A4 TDi the PD engine and need to replace the cam belt within the next 7K I have changed belts in the past but never on Audi so my questions are should I replace the water pump as well as any guide/tensioner rollers? where is the best place to get the cam, pump & crank locking tools from (midlands based) and finally it looks fairly easy to do once the bumper grille and radiaters are removed is my assumption any where near the truth.

Cant really help with how easy it is todo as i havent got a clue. But it has been asked loads on here whether the waterpump and tentioners should be replaced... and everytime the answer is yes as its easy to do while your there...

Also iirc the belt kit comes with all of this stuff
