turbo problems

Hi
Having problems with my my diesel turbo on a1999 a6 2.5 tdi 150 hp model.It is making a bit of
a racket .
Can anyone tell me the part no?
I can see that it is a Garret one but unable to read the no without removing it.
Any sugestions who supplies a cheap exchange one?
