Audi A6 2.5tdi Vnt Turbo Actuator

Hello

Does anyone know where i can find a replacement actuator for my A6 2.5Tdi as everywhere seems to only want to sell a whole turbo/actuator unit.

Hi Paul,

Unleess I am mistaken, I'm afraid that the Garrett unit on your engine is only ever sold as a complete unit and I believe that is down to Garrett. However, if you speak to Hamish or any of the other helpful people at Turbo Technics in Northampton, they can do you an exchange unit for a fraction of the cost of a complete new Turbo.

I recently had to replace the entire unit, :-(
and spent ages looking for just pieces to no avail,
