A4 1.9 TDi Engine Change

Hi,

I'm going to be changing the engine on an '99 A4 1.9 TDi (AFN) soon, with an engine from a scrap yard. (My existing engine is dead!)

Has anyone got experience of doing this swap, so might know of any problems I may encounter? i.e. getting the ecu etc. to work with an engine from another car.

Any help would be much appreciated!
