Anyone know where else i can get one from? They are on back order at Audi and no idea when they are due, therefore im carless untill they decide to get them in. It a 2000 A4 TDi V6 Avant.

are the plastic connection on the pipes to the pump in tank good !! if not will draw air .and no fuel will get to fuel filter. had this problem when put my 99a4 2.5 tdi quattro if for remap
and where having problem so the mechanic ( a joke )thout it was the fuel pump in the boot so he removed it bench test okay put back in still had fault of intermiting low boost . took to star perforamce fife and test car just the
faulty maf which was only week old from perth audi .any way my car broke
down after 1 week so aa lifted it back home as unable to repair .
got the tools out checked the pump plastic connection was not greatly fixed in .so now 18 month on still ok with a tye wrap goood luck

Cheers, weve removed the pipes from top of pump and its not kicking anything out at all. Pump is arriving today (dealer quoted wrong part with is on back order, not the pump) so fingers crossed i should be mobile again today i hope!
