alarm siren A3 tdi 1999

Hi, can anyone advise me of the whereabouts of the siren for my alarm,indicators flash when activated but no noise.

not sure on a3 but on A4 its inside the boot, i thought about adding a second one as its not too loud.

my A6 one is in the boot under offside(right in uk) light cluster but again very queit was looking to do a louder mod like you say perhaps a second one, i have a battery backed up clifford siren in the garage just need to find out how its triggered or if its just a 12 volts on 2 wires. i will look at the manual my mate has one.

Hi Mate, The Alarm siren is in the boot behind the left-hand cubby hole (Where the CD Changer goes).

Its quite common for them to go..
