Throttle actuator??

Eml is on, car seems to have a sort of miss fire first thing in morning for a few miles then runs fine all day. Code reader is saying throttle actuator control module performance.

Does anyone know what this is? I'm thinking somethin to do with throttle body?

sorry to link to another forum but the throttle body actuator jams blowing a fuse here is some info 008465 - Throttle Actuator Control System - P2111 - 000 - Stuck Open
