audi a3 2.0 tdi ... Help wanter coolant ??

Hi, got a 2004 audi a3 tdi 2.0 140 , 130k just had new turbo the same time did the water pump and timming belt, since then colant light comes on regularly and checked the tank looks empty once I open the cap boom water coolant comes back up.. Ive just bought a new tank and still the same? What could it be :/ oil hasnt got any water 2 be seen and car still goes well also temperature guage stays normal??? Thanks

Ive just got same as you mate and mine was a leak from a pipe underneath all the air intake box so i went and got it fixed but same again so started the car with cap off and waited then topped it up a little and its been fine i can only imagine it was trapped air?
