Ive finally got my car back complete with bxp 160bhp engine, and rebuilt turbo from the 130.
Just because somebody suggested checking, i looked at injector deviation with vcds.
If you can imagine #1 at -1.3, #2 at 0.7 #3 at 0.5 and #4 at 0.1 when idling, they fluctuate but seem to draw closer to zero. so after a short drive they all sit under -1 to +0.4 than another short run they are even closer.
Car was already warmish, had only stopped to have the aircon regassed. does it seem normal that over the course of a few miles the inectors would settle down?
Ill check tomorow again from cold.
Engine was sat for a few years before fitting so maybe some air in it?
