My car took a funny turn last night , 52 a4 avant 100psi 1.9 derv .
wife had to stop due to lots of smoke and noise , when i got there and started it , listened to the engine and it sounded like the turbo squealing , i had to move it off the road , when i set off the smoke out of the exhaust was mental , i drove for a bit untill things got rattley and oily smoke in the car ! had it towed home ,
it starts and moves but soon starts to smoke .
I think its the turbo gone ? does this seem about right ?
the cars done alot of milage and not worth going to a garage so going to have a look myself , just need somewhere to start .
any help ideas woung be great .
