I was wondering if anyone knows anything about hybrid 'Diesel' turbo's or if anyone can point me in the direction of someone who knows.
I was pulling out of a friends drive way as i stepped on the 'go' pedal the car took off then promptly lost power, with a rather large puff of smoke.
I managed to get my car to the garaged but it won't be looked at till tomorrow.
I checked the oil level and it is slightly low and no oil was seen on the road or up the back of the car.
I checked as many of the pipes as I could and they all seemed fine.
So to premept a new turbo/recon one - i thought Hybrid.
Dad has a Golf 4 motion and an Allard turbo ready to go on........ don't think i will be able to wangle getting that
Can anyone help - please
