very fine scratches

just bought the mrs a polo in 'rosewood red' (purple) and its got some very fine scratches above and around the door handles and a couple on the wings,so fine that you cant feel them at all......ive tried t-cut and g3 lquid compound but its made no improvement .....what is the best stuff to get rid of them for good,hopefully something that doesnt cost the earth,there very small scratches biggest being probably 1-1 and half inches

Try a bottle of Menzerna 203s used in conjunction with a light cut pad (the orange one). Did the trick on mine. Will cost you under 20 quid too. Polished Bliss stock both products, and can reccomend the best way to apply it......

G3 and T-Cut are probably the worst options you could have gone for, unfortunately.

I would suggest something like Meguirars Scratch X, or as above.
