SNOW update; dispatch/delivery delays

Folks, we currently have 18" of snow lying where we live, and two thirds of that at the unit. Since the end of the holiday we have only been able to get in to work once (earlier today), and only then for 3 hours before fresh heavy snowfall forced us home. Conditions are the worst we've ever seen them on the roads up here, so it's looking likely that we might not be able to get into the unit much at all this week. We'll obviously do our best, but everyone who has ordered from us since 9am on December 21st should note that deliveries will continue to be delayed until further notice. This morning we managed to clear around two dozen of the earliest orders, but we have a huge number still to get through, and it may be early next week before we are all square with everything on it's way.
