What do you use to clean the bottom half which i think is vinyl . need to remove some scuff marks and have tried apc .

You can try the JML Magic Eraser (or something like that....)
I think AutoGlym have a 'magic sponge'.. wet it down and try a few passes with that. It's pretty abrrasive though, so, be careful not to flattern any patten down or leave grooves where you've worked it.
