Roof lining ...

If you have an APC (All-purpose cleaner (Meguiars APC, or, AutoSmart G101??)) I'd be tempted to use this to dampen a clean microfibre cloth a dab at the affected areas.. maybe work in (light (pressure)) circles from the outside in; if that makes sense.

I know its not the roof lining, but, it was made from a very similar material.. Sun-visor on a G60 Corroda from late this week:
