Hi folks, just a quick update to bring you all up to speed on where we are at right now with developments at PB HQ...
1. We are chuffed to bits to announce that the term Polished Bliss is now a fully registered trademark... which means we can now use the ® symbol. It has taken many months to secure this, and a rather large outlay, but it's an important step forward for us, and ring-fences the most important aspect of our intellectual property.
2. The reason why we have zero time for the forums at the moment is due to the sheer amount of effort we are putting into the final build of the new website. The launch date we are aiming at is 13/11/09. We are really happy with how things are going, and it will be rammed with a lot of exciting new images and features right from the outset, with even more add-ons to follow through the winter months. Also of note is that the long promised Ne Plus Ultra video will feature from the start, at the head of our new blog. Here's a sneak peak of a late draft of the new home page; it's changed a bit since, but it gives a fair idea of where we are going with the design and branding...
3. We are in the final stages of securing the unit next door, which will give us a further 1000 sq.ft of space to work in. The plan is that by early next spring we will have a dedicated twin bay detailing area in our current unit, and our stockholding will be moved into the new unit, to become a formal warehouse and retail outlet. There is going to be a lot of work required to achieve this, but we are well placed to move ahead, and we already have a new detailer lined up to work alongside Clark as soon as the refit is finished. 2010 is going to be an exciting year for us!

It goes without saying that due to the mounting pressure of completing the new website in time for the launch, we will not be on the forums very much at all until the w/c 16th November. Our apologies for this, but there are only so many hours in each day... and we are working 18 of them each day as it is! As always, if anyone has urgent questions or requires one to one advice, please e-mail or phone in, as this will guarantee a timely response. Same for problems with orders - if you post a problem on here it's not our fault if you don't get a response for days on end; you should be phoning or e-mailing us instead. Thanks for your patience and understanding, and we can't wait for all of you to get your hands on the new site.
