is there any particular type of claybar to try to remove it before using tardis ?

The megs quick clay kit from halfords should do it as its not too aggressive.

Aaah, think I will be needing some of this too.....

Although, it really has slowed down over the past few weeks, so im not complaining :)

There are trees at my other halfs place, right pain in the ***. Having a decent few layers of wax will help a lot. The sap wont be able to glue itself to the paint as much.

Failing that i can lend you a chainsaw!!

Err, you use Tardis to remove tree sap, not a clay bar?! The decontamination process should go as follows...

Step 1 - Autosmart Tardis & Accessories (to remove all organic soluble desposits, such as tar spots, tree sap, etc) - http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acatalog/autosmart-tardis-clean.html

Step 2 - Meguiars Quik Clay Kit (to remove insoluble inorganic deposits, such as industrial fallout, soot, etc) - http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acatalog/meguiars-quik-clay-kit-clean.html

More info on types of paint contaminants and how best to remove them can be found in our online FAQ, along with some rather cool microscope shots...

Autosmart Tardis has arrived from PB which was quick so off to clean the car then start the process.
I think I'll have cherry cheeks when I'm done as that Tardis is quite potent stuff glad I am outside using it.
