Hi,

The bodywork on the S4 i've just bought is not quite how I would like it. There are a number of scratches, chips and areas where the lacquer is crazing. It's not a dog by any means but it's not, well, you know.....

My question is, would it be worth letting a paint correction/detailing chappie loose on it for a day or two or is it a localised spray job?

It's metallic green.

Many thanks.

If its crazing i would suspect it would be better going to a paint shop and correcting before it gets detailing

Agreed; chips and microcracking need bodyshop attention if they are to be fully remedied to a high standard. Swirls and scratches are the domain of a detailer, anything more needs bodyshop work. :icon_thumright:

Thanks for the replies Guys. I'll take it to a bodyshop and get then to take a look.:icon_thumright:
