RainX & Meguires Applicator Pad...

I used the Pad to apply RainX to my windows at weekend, to see if it was any easier than kitchen roll /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif It wasn't I found it very hard to apply!
This morning I remembered I didn't wash out the pad, doh /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif. When I picked it up it simply crumbled in my hands!

What do most people use? Do I need to buy another microfibre cloth...

I just use a paper towel to apply and then a clean terry cloth to buff.
