Grrr, Ive scratched my alloys!

Hi folks,

Just a little bit of help please! When cleaning my car today, I was using an Autoglym "hi-tech wheel brush" So much for it being hi tech, as its left small scuff marks on my brand new wheels. I think they may polish out.

I was wondering - is there anything that can be used on an alloy to polish them and give it some sort of coating? Its quite subtle, but really annoying!
