Hi Peeps,
This detail took place yesterday and I was having a constant battle with the weather but it looked as if things were on my side! It belongs to a good friend of mine and is a Mercedes C180 Kompressor with the AMG styling pack and a few nice options.
On to the car, car was fairly grubby before hand, not to bad, mainly the wheels needed some TLC.
First I gave the wheels I rinsed off with the Karcher, loosen the grittle & grime.
Tyres were then scrubbed with Megs Tyre Brush & Megs APC
Then Bilberry sprayed on the fronts & backs and worked in with the good old Envy brush
EZ Detail brush was to follow on the backs
Then a microfibre cloth was used on the inner part of the spokes
Which were black to say the least!!
Following Tardis, the backs had come out a treat!
Megs APC again and Vikan Brus were used on the Arches
Here were all 4 rims worth of dirt
A 50/50, back rim untouched, front one cleaned
Both Done
Following the Rims, then engine was given a seeing too (Was hardly any dirt at all)
303 Used
Resulting in
Car was then rinsed off
All the shuts were done via Megs APC & Envy Brush (becoming a favourite of my kit!)
Car was then foamed & left to dwell
Car was then rinsed off
2BM method with Megs Shampoo & MF Wash Mitt
Car cleaned rigoursly & throughly
Car was then clayed via Megs Mild Clay & Last Touch
