S3 oil Gauge

Hi,

I have an Audi S3 2007.

My Oil Light has just come on and i'm like 200 miles from any garage or gas station.

Would it be safe to drive there and re-fill?

I had both the 8L and a new S3. The old car had a two stage warning system..

Stage 1.. warning the oil is low get it topped up quick..
Stage 2.. your engine is toast...

If its a 2007 you could always call the audi assist number (should be in the LOG book).. They should be able to sort you out.
