Have been busy with Megs G220 PC with light cut foam pads over the weekend and the results have been amazing. How do you clean them?? I'm thinking soapy water and leave to dry? Also, i take it that when you've used one over a few square feet they become less effective?? Do they have a life span?? Sorry for all the questions!!!

Lifespan depends on usage, the harder you use them the shorter time they last - when they start to get cut up and rough feeling is the time to replace them. To wash them, the stock advice is...

All polishing pads should be scraped off using a blunt plastic edge and then rinsed out thoroughly before being left to soak overnight in a bucket of warm soapy water - a good squirt of washing up liquid is ideal for this purpose, as it cuts through most product residues with ease and does not damage the foam. On the following day, the pads should be rinsed out thoroughly and then left to dry out naturally.
