Help for a newbie on washing car

Hi guys.

I have been reading through these threads and i have seen allot of impressive results when you know what to do to clean your car.

I would like to know if there is an easy guide on how to revive my paint work and to do it rather cheap at the same time. Would anyone be able to recommend a cheap supplier?

I hadn't even heard of claying till i read the threads LOL!
