After getting reasonable results with Poorboys SSR2.5 I was always left dissapointed. Car waxes up quite nice but in sunlight the swirls are still there.

So I paid a visit to PB and was given some products designed for german paint and the improvements were really worth the effort! Was very cold out there and my hands were aching and all shrivelled up!

Had bad swirls on my roof and took a before and after pic from the same angle and distance. 2nd 'after' pic is without the flash, prob obvious, sorry!

Thanks for the product and technique advice PB.:icon_thumright:

I just need to complete the rest of the car now. I did our met black golf first and its looking the best I've ever seen it.

Very nice work. Mechanical or hand polish? What products did you use?

I have exactly the same problem that needs clearing up!

Regards, Dave

Was a UDM and Menzerna Intensive polish. think product code was RD3.02.

Found its best to concentrate on getting one panel right at a time rather than trying to rush to get the whole car done half heartedly.
