I bought the car 2 weeks ago and this is the first time I've had the time to show it some love.

Couple of before and after shots and one half and half shot.

I'm so impressed with my efforts I had to share the pics with everyone.

I know it'll be full of dirt and muck in around 48hours but I have pics to look at to remind me until the next time. At least it's a nice protective coat for the winter too.

Very nice!

What products did you use?

I'm picking up a Phantom Black A3 S-line 1st November so want to give a coat of wax to try to protect it till I get a proper detailer on the case.

Looks like your about ready for a visit from drive by shooters for that photoshoot!;)

Missed a bit!!!! NOOOOOOO

Cal, I just need to find a nice location for the shots...for the next time I have 9 hours to spare for a bit of "shine time".

I used maguries wash, maguires clay and then a carnuba wax blend product I found online about a year ago...It's made by Mitrechem and is called Finishing Power...http://www.mitrechem.co.uk/26701/26767.html

It might not be the choice of the experts but as I only like to do things by hand, no mops here, it gives me the best results for a reasonable amount of effort and time.
