Folks, I've started down a long road of web updates, and at key stages I'm going to be asking for feedback, good or bad, to give me a feel for how the site is progressing. The work will continue throughout the autumn months. Mars Bars will be sent to anyone spotting typo's and other mistakes, etc! The first update has been live for a week or so, and concerns the About Us page on the site. The idea behind the update was to make the site feel friendlier and to give a little bit more information about how we started and where we have gotten to, along with some thoughts from our customers. Any feedback welcomed!

Interesting. Usually I would say cut down on the text, though your site as a commercial means of advertising for some reason is ok with having so much text - unless it's just me? I think it's perhaps the ethics of the company shine through (no pun intended). I like the fact you provide detailed detailing guides (ok...pun intended that time ;)) keeping the company very open to all customers. There are lots of things I like about your company: e.g. the name - different, not the usual Cleaner / Detail in the title. Simple site design and layout (who designed the site?), great customer service, and fab support. My only gripe would be like so many others.....you're not based near where I live!

Perhaps highlight the ability / potential of paint correction and offer consultations to people thinking of going for resprays (perhaps you do already, I haven't read the entire site over) as I think a lot of people won't know just how much of a transformation you chaps can do!

Whatever ya's do - keep up the good work.

Rob
....p.s. as I was the only/first person to reply can we make me the 5000th customer online? ;) lol :p

Lol, cheers for the feedback, much appreciated. We designed the layout and look ourselves, and then had a wee bit of help from an actinic specialist to create the CCS and various master templates. With that done, adding all of the html and other content was easy enough to do ourselves, and we now maintain the site ourselves too, which helps keep costs down. The portfolio is due to be completely overhauled soon, and the focus on transformations will be sharpened! Good to know we are thinking of these things too! :)
