Just got my full service done and sent it in for its MOT as well.
It ended up costing me £499 and failed the MOT.
Apparently there is a list of things need to be done
here goes
O/S Outer CV boot
Rocker cover Gaskets
Front brake pads
Rear Brake Pads and discs
Wipers
O/S fog lamp
All in all the bill came to £1225 approximately.....Goooosh

The question now is do i fork out for it or go to an independent to get things sorted.

your comments as always greatly appreciated

Don't Audi tend to do this...give you a massive list of advisory issues in the hope you'll pay out?

I was in a similar position a couple of years ago (brake pads low and headlamp washer faulty) and paid out but I don't think I would again. By all means get the service done by Audi but tell them thanks for letting you know about the advisory issues and get the brake pads etc done at an independent. That's just my opinion.

Brilliant i thought it was just me thinking like that
Will find out about parts
The other thing then will be do i use Audi parts of the greman and swedish jobbies ???????? for the Discs and the Gaskets

I would use Audi parts myself...I'm just not that fussed about Audi fitting them.

sounds like a plan since ive already had the main service done and the book stamped.

You find alot of the specialist are ex-Audi techs anyway
