I took my A3 to Hatfield Audi when it developed an electrical fault shortly after I'd bought it. Apparently it was an absolute mare to diagnose (they had the car for nearly a week) and because electrics aren't covered by the used car warranty I was potentially facing a bill of £1,000

To their credit they did all the chatting with Audi CS and sorted everything out so I had nothing to do and nothing to pay, which was nice. Shame it took so long, but I had a courtesy car so I was fine. In that respect I think they've been fine, however I think their labour charges are pretty steep (they wanted nigh on £180 for a haldex oil + filter change )

I recommend Hatfield, great staff and techs there!

Labour rate is average, jag down the road is £140 ph + VAT
Think they are £105ph + VAT

Who did you deal with, they should be working off a Menu price system
