can anyone recomend the best scratch remover? what is the best stuff to buy? dont care what price?

I have used Meguiars Scratch X seems to be pretty good.

Scratch removal isn't a straightforward thing to advise on... a lot depends on the severity of the scratch, the type of paint, etc. Here's a good guide to the basics of polishing (includes section on scratch removal)...
