Anyone got any recommendations for a good polish or wax that is not as sh#t as AutoGlym and if there is somewhere to buy over the net.

I rate the Meguires range highly. I have ScratchX for when I 1st got the car and use the deep crystal polish & Deep crystal Wax on a regular basis.

Silly question but what's the difference between a wax and a polish and how often should you use either??

What color is your car? If it's black, red, or dark blue try "New Car Glaze" by Auto Magic. It's about $22. for a gallon and will make these colors look wet. I use this stuff in my business on these color and nothing but good results. Zymol and Meguiars are good as well but a bit expensive for such a small amount of product. Next, top off the polsih with a nice coat of Auto Magic's Wet Wax or EZ Paste Wax!
