Polishing light clusters

Bit of a long shot this one, but is there anyway of polishing out light scratches that are on the surface of the plastic rear light clusters?

I have used rubbing compound before, fairly corse stuff then graded it down, depend how bad it is though.

Interesting, so kind of treat like paint work?m use anything in particular to get some shine one it?

I've used brasso metal polish, worked a treat
