S3 - Rear window scratches

Hi,

I have some scratches on my drivers side rear window, and I'm not really sure how they got there, but they are really annoying me, as in the sunlight they show up and are ruining the clean streamline look of my car hehe!!!

I was wondering if anybody could recommend some way I could remove them (if even possible??) as I don't think they are that deep?
