How to change brake light bulbs on A4

Yes I have searched and nothing found!

Obviously you have to remove the boot lining but is there a method to doing it? Tried but I am concerned about damaging something.

Open the boot - Look towards the back of the cluster - you will see a circular piece of material - (boot lining) pop if off with a screw driver and then loosed the screw on there - Hey presto the cluster will fall out...

I thought it had to be easier than removing boot lining! I know the exact circular piece you mean.

Careful not to break the clips on the cluster when you put it back in.
